Mr. Harris founded BlueGrace Logistics in late 2007 as a technology company and later transitioned the company into a full-service third-party logistics provider in 2009. He earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and has held various positions in operations and sales with Southeastern Freight Lines and Yellow Transportation. In 2011, he was honored as one of Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year finalists. Mr. Harris proudly supports the Humane Society of Tampa Bay as a sustainer and advocate for animal rights.
Randy Collack

Mr. Collack oversees the operations of BlueGrace Logistics as the Chief Operating Officer. Throughout his tenure with the company, he has been responsible for the growth of the sales and operations departments. He brings forth vast industry experience as the former President of PDT Trucking and senior positions with Express One and Preferred Shipping. He studied at Purdue University and also earned his lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate. Mr Collack is an avid poker player, competing in tournaments across the US.
Mike Dolski

Mr. Dolski joined BlueGrace Logistics in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. He has a diverse background with deep financial, corporate development and real estate experience with several Fortune 500 companies and Ernst & Young LLP. He received a B.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University, an MBA from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and was certified as a CPA in Illinois. Socially, Mr. Dolski is an avid jazz trumpet player and cyclist.
Steve Defenbaugh

A veteran of the transportation industry with 38 years of experience, Mr. Defenbaugh joined BlueGrace Logistics in 2009 as Senior Advisor. In this role, Mr. Defenbaugh provides guidance in strategic planning to foster the profitable growth of BlueGrace Logistics.
Mr. Defenbaugh began with Yellow Freight Systems at the age of 21 and remained there through his career. As the Senior Vice President Business Development and Strategy, he was instrumental in guiding Yellow through many changes and helped the company evolve to realize record earnings during his tenure. Mr. Defenbaugh was the single longest tenured officer in the history of Yellow Transportation.
Robert Beckmann

Mr. Beckmann joined BlueGrace Logistics in 2010 as General Counsel, where he leads the legal team in both corporate and franchise law. He has more than 19 years of experience working with and for Fortune 300 and privately held corporations as an in-house corporate generalist with specialties in M&A, franchise and real estate law. He received a B.S in Accounting and J.D. from University of Arkansas and a Masters of Corporate Law from NYU. Mr. Beckmann earned his ServiceMaster Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2004.

Mr. Chambers has been a large contributor to the sales and business development of the company since joining in 2007. Prior to BlueGrace Logistics, he held a number of sales and marketing positions over a 20 year period with YRC. He received a B.S. in Logistics and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Chambers is a proud supporter of the Parkinson's Foundation.

Mr. Belcher has been an integral part in developing a strong company focus on technology, spear heading the company's technological innovation and strategy. He has held various positions in the technology industry, where he played key roles in the design and development of enterprise systems. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Science in Management Information Systems from University of South Florida. He is currently enrolled in the Penn State Supply Chain Management Graduate Program and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Mr. Sumnick currently oversees the internal operations of the Logistics Desk, develops carrier relationships, and is integral in the expansion throughout the country. He brings with him 19 years of industry experience with Old Dominion Freight Lines and Southeastern Freight Lines. He further enhanced his education through completion of the Certified in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) Certification Program and is also a member of the American Society of Transportation and Logistics (AST&L).

Mr. McMasters joined BlueGrace Logistics in 2011 as Vice President of Business Development where he leads the Franchise and Partner channels. He has held various industry positions at UPS, DHL, and most recently came from a third-party logistics provider where he created the marketing and recruitment departments to generate sales and attract partners. Mr. McMasters earned a Bachelor's of Science, in Business Management, from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Nick Klingensmith

Mr. Klingensmith is responsible for sales and personnel development, growing the company's employee base by over 300%. In previous management and development positions for BlueGrace Logistics, he has been instrumental in developing the sales training, hiring and recruiting processes. He brings years of sales and management experience from multiple companies prior to joining. He received a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts. Mr. Klingensmith is an avid beach volleyball player.
Jason Lockard

Mr. Lockard directs the development of our enterprise accounts division, where he is responsible for increasing the presence of the company among large corporate clients. He brings a depth of knowledge from his previous experience in sales and management positions and is a member of APICS. He studied at the University of South Florida and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Mr. Lockard also enjoys hunting and fishing with his family.

Mr. Reeves has over 15 years of experience in the transportation industry, including Director of Logistics and Account Executive for US Xpress and positions in Management and Sales for Central Transport, Consolidated Freightways, and Roadway Express. He currently leads the company's specialized services department responsible for truckloads, flatbeds and rail freight shipping. He received a B.S. in Finance from Tennessee Technological University and is a Certified Transportation Broker (CTB). Mr. Reeves is a supporter of Children of Peace International.

Mr. Edling joined BlueGrace Logistics in 2008 as Director of Business Development. He is currently focused on the expansion of BlueGrace into new markets and strengthening relationships with more selling partners and 3rd party logistics providers in the Western United States. Prior to joining BlueGrace, Mr. Edling was the Western Regional Director of Sales for a franchised based reseller of transportation services. where he played an integral role in taking the company from $15 million in annual revenue in 2003 to $70 million in 2008.
