What are my estimated start-up costs?
The estimated initial investment required ranges from $96,600 to $279,650. This includes an initial franchise fee, costs associated with opening and furnishing an office, insurance, professional fees and additional funds that may be needed during the first 3 months opening. Your actual costs will depend upon a variety of factors, including office size and location, furnishings, number of initial employees and other factors.

Do I need to invest in shipping trucks or other vehicles?
No. Because of our relationships with carriers all over the world, there is no need for investment in transportation equipment or assets.
Do I need to have logistics experience?
No you do not. If you have some experience in this industry, it will of course be helpful in decreasing the time in the initial learning curve, but BlueGrace provides comprehensive training, orientation, and on-going support for our franchisees.
What type of training is provided?
BlueGrace provides a five-day extensive initial training program for our new franchise owners at our corporate headquarters. There is no fee for tuition and training materials for the owner and one full-time employee for your first franchised business. The training covers operations, our technology system, sales and industry background. We also loan owners a copy of our Confidential Operating Manual, handbooks and other related materials. If training of additional personnel is requested, we may provide that for an additional cost.

Can I visit BlueGrace?
Absolutely. We require everyone buying a franchise to visit our corporate headquarters as part of the training process explained above.
What support will I receive after my initial training?
You will have access to the entire BlueGrace team in addition to ongoing training and participation in an annual conference at the discretion of BlueGrace.
What advertising and marketing support will I receive?
BlueGrace currently supports direct sales and building of our brand through advertising in national industry trade journals, attendance at trade shows, public relations and social media marketing. Generally, you will market your franchised business through personal face-to-face meetings. We may establish a Franchise Advisory Council to help assess development of local marketing programs. We do not currently require you to conduct any local advertising, marketing or promotional programs.
Do I have to do this full-time?
BlueGrace requires at least one full-time employee managing the day-to-day operations and sales.
What are the normal business hours required for a franchise owner?
You are required to have at least one full-time employee who will work at a minimum forty (40) hours per week in your business. Otherwise, there are no set business hours required, and your chosen business hours will vary depending mainly on how many employees you choose to hire. It is anticipated that more time is necessary during the start-up phase of your operations, but once you are up and running, it is anticipated you will be able to have normal business hours.
Is BlueGrace the right franchise opportunity for me?
Only you can answer that question. However, the answer to the question is just as important to us as it is to you. Buying a franchise is a complex investment, and the market for freight services, specialized freight services, parcel services and auditing services is well developed and very competitive. BlueGrace recommends that you thoroughly research the third-party freight logistics industry, your desired market of operations and other business factors that may affect your business.
