LTL FREIGHT CARRIER SPOTLIGHT

Roadrunner Transportation Services (www.rdfs.com) is a non-asset based carrier that provides less-than-truckload (LTL) services. During the fourth quarter of 2010, Roadrunner continued experiencing growth in revenue. Roadrunner's net revenues grew 28.8% quarter over quarter and their operating income increased 147.5%. With Roadrunner's steady growth and increase in market share, they will continue to be a leading partner of BlueGrace^®.

Most recently, Roadrunner acquired Morgan Southern, Inc., who is a provider of intermodal transportation and related services. Morgan Southern brings with them 19 terminals located throughout the United States. This acquisition is a part of their strategic growth initiative due to the increasing rail efficiencies and international trade. This will also help expand their geographic presence.
